InvTrack is a ledger, not a price feed. You record what you put in and what came back (returns, interest, fees). It does not fetch market prices.

Annual returns, worked out for you

A simple percentage ignores time. InvTrack uses XIRR, the annual-return formula behind Excel's XIRR, so the date of every payment counts.

Example: you put ₹1,00,000 into an FD on 1 April 2025 and get ₹1,07,100 back on 1 April 2026. That is 7.1% a year. Get the same ₹1,07,100 back on 1 October 2025 instead, and it is about 14.7% a year, because your money did the same work in half the time.

You also see total invested, total returned, net profit and how many times your money has multiplied (MOIC).

  • Never miss a payout

    • Reminders 7 days and 1 day before an investment matures.
    • Reminders when a regular payout is due, based on the payout schedule you set.
    • Turn each kind of reminder on or off in Settings.

  • Goals and FIRE in today's rupees

    • Set savings goals and track your progress.
    • Work out your FIRE number from your monthly expenses, with inflation built in, so the target is in today's money.
    • See how far your portfolio has got you.

  • Made for India, works globally

    • Amounts in lakh and crore (₹1,00,000) when your base currency is INR.
    • Record each investment in its own currency: INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD and more.
    • Totals are converted to your base currency.

  • Data in and out

    • Add many investments at once from a CSV file, using the template in the app.
    • Export your investments and cash flows as a ZIP of CSVs and import them on another device. Maturity dates, rates, notes and expected payouts are not included yet.
    • Attach PDFs and photos, such as FD receipts and statements, to an investment.

Privacy, stated plainly

  • Where your data lives

    • Your records are stored in InvTrack's Google Firebase project, under your account, so they sync across your devices. Google encrypts them in transit and at rest.
    • Works offline after first sign-in. Changes sync when you are back online.
    • Attached files stay on your phone.
    • We do not sell your data, and the app shows no ads.
    • The developer can technically access stored data. That happens only to answer a support request from you, to process a deletion request, or when the law requires it.

  • What is collected automatically

    • Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring measure app usage and diagnose crashes and slowness.
    • This data is tied to your user ID and device identifiers. It is always on: there is currently no opt-out.
    • Amounts are reported only in ranges, not exact values.
    • InvTrack does not read your bank account or your messages. You enter your own data.

  • On your screen

    • Lock the app with a PIN or fingerprint.
    • Privacy mode hides amounts on screen with one tap.

  • Your control

    • Export your data any time: Settings > Data & Account > Export as CSV or Export as ZIP.
    • Delete your account and data in the app: Settings > Data & Account > Delete Account.
    • No app? Delete your account from the web.
    • Read the full privacy policy.

What InvTrack is not

  • Not a broker. You cannot buy or sell anything in the app.
  • Not an investment adviser. It shows your numbers; it does not tell you what to buy.
  • No bank or SMS access. You enter your own data.
